Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to completion
- Lead project bidding efforts, including preparing proposals and pricing strategies
- Represent the company in client-facing interviews and presentations
- Develop project budgets, schedules, and work plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and timeline standards
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and stakeholders
- Prepare regular project reports and documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
- At least 5 years of proven experience in local construction project management
- Strong background in bidding processes and client presentations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD)
- PMP , BCCPE or equivalent certification is a plus
- Fluent in English
