Job Scope:

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally, with empathy and care

• Follow up on hospital bill payments and manage receivables

• Provide billing information and support patient inquiries

• Assist customers in navigating digital payment portal services

• Send statements of accounts and maintain accurate records

• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes

• Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring quality service

Requirements:

• Good in verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

• Customer-oriented with a passion for helping others

• Proactive, committed, and self-motivated

• Team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• At least a Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A Level/College education or relevant certification

• Prior call center experience is a plus

Additional Information:

• Salary - S$2.5K to S$3K

• Contract duration: 12-month contract renewable and convertible

• Commencement Date: Immediate

• Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

• Location: Bukit Merah Central
