Job Scope:
• Provide day-to-day administrative and HR support to ensure efficient office operations
• Assist Managing Director and HR & Admin Manager with administrative tasks
• Prepare meeting rooms for meetings and training sessions
• Support IT Director: manage software license records, issuance of IT items, etc.
• Process monthly claims
• Organize company events such as exhibitions, CSR activities, and team-bonding sessions
• Print office collaterals and marketing materials
• Maintain office equipment and overall office environment
• Maintain training records for ISO
• Ensure proper filing and documentation
• Manage office supplies, liaise with vendors, and ensure smooth office operations
• Attend to guests and visitors
• Provide support to other team members and departments as needed
• Handle confidential information professionally
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification
• Familiar with office management systems and procedures
• Time management and multitasking skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Positive work attitude and willingness to learn
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Effective communicator and a team player
• Able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Integrity and initiative
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Information:
• Salary - S$2.4K max, mobile allowance S$20/month, VB 4 to 6 months
• Contract duration: 6-month contract, convertible to perm
• Commencement Date: Immediate
• Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
• Location: Tuas Link
