Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Wine & Spirits Industry)
Location: Ang Mo Kio Industrial Area
Reporting to: Finance Manager
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team in the wine and spirits industry. This is a back-office role responsible for supporting the sales team through administrative tasks, order processing, and warehouse coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales quotations, sales orders, and invoices
• Maintain customer records and pricing information in the system
• Process and monitor customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with the warehouse on stock availability, order fulfillment, and delivery schedules
• Assist in generating periodic sales and inventory reports for management
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, preferably in the wine, spirits, or FMCG industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of logistics or warehouse processes is an advantage
