about the job

• Develop and grow the structured credit insurance desk: Develop and execute a business plan to expand the team's market share and revenue.
• Originate and execute structured credit insurance transactions: Act as the lead broker on complex deals
  (Structured Finance/Leveraged Finance/Project Finance/Transportation Finance, etc), from initial client consultation to policy placement and ongoing management.
• Manage and develop client relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of financial institutions
  in Asia Pacific.
• Cultivate and strengthen insurer relationships: Maintain and grow a network of credit insurers to ensure optimal market access and capacity for clients.
• Stay abreast of market trends: Keep up-to-date with developments in the structured credit market, regulatory changes, and new insurance products.
• Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with legal, compliance, and other departments to ensure seamless transaction execution.

Reporting to the Team Head, you will be working closely with a team of colleagues in a dynamic and multi-cultural work environment.

skills & experience required

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Economics or comparable
• 7+ years of structured finance and/or loan syndications and/or loan distribution experience across the Asia Pacific region
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
