Job Description & Requirements

*Managing and lead your own team of Sales Consultants.

*Managing sales enquiries and understanding clients' needs and interior design/renovation requests

*Handle sales inquiries with quality leads provided

*Providing advice on space planning, design concept, materials selection and project scheduling

*Discuss and propose interior designs to meet client needs and requirements.

*Close sales and prepare renovation contract

*Work closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure all renovation works are done according to plan and timeline

*Able to Work Independently

*Working terms negotiable

Candidate must be:

*Bilingual : English, Mandarin or Malay

*Self-driven and motivated individual

*Responsible and people-oriented personality

*Great sense of ownership and responsibility
