Receptionist

• Attend to the counter reception
• Register patients digitally
• Stock taking and ordering of dental materials
• Communication with laboratories on collection, shipment and reception
• Responsible for fee collection and daily accounts
• Involved in submission of CHAS/Medisave/insurance claims

Dental Assistant

• Assist dentist for dental procedures
• Ensure cleanliness of the dental treatment room and all clinical areas
• Stock taking and updating inventory
• Follow-up on patient's lab cases
