- Work closely with Sales Managers to support customer needs and respond to enquiries
- Review and analyze tender documents and requirements before submission
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, BOQ, MTO, and other tender-related documents
- Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors for technical support and negotiations
- Track and follow up on the status of tenders, quotations, and proposals
Job Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline. Entry level. Candidates will no relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Familiar with ACMV / HVAC System, especially BMS
- Understanding in local construction projects will be added advantage
- Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
