Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, hardware, networks, and systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage and support ERP systems (SAP Business One, Microsoft Business Central) including customization, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Administer and monitor databases and applications to ensure security, stability, and optimal performance.
• Lead and mentor the IT team, providing technical guidance, training, and performance management.
• Plan and manage IT budgets, sourcing, procurement, and vendor relationships for systems and services.
• Drive IT solutions, software development, data analysis, and reporting to improve business efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with audits, licenses, SOPs, and corporate IT policies, while driving cost efficiency.
• Maintain and enhance corporate website, manage yearly data updates, and keep users informed of IT trends and risks.

Requirements:

• Proficient in IT infrastructure, systems administration, database management, and network/security.
• Hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP Business One, Microsoft Business Central/NAV), SDLC implementation.
• Proficient in SQL, Crystal Reports, and programming (SQL, Visual Basic, Stored Procedures).
• Able to manage projects, meet deadlines, and deliver technical solutions with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
