Position: Accounts Payable (AP) Staff

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Scope / Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable functions • Process vendor invoices, staff claims and payments on time • Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes • Maintain proper filing and documentation of AP records • Assist in month-end closing and reconciliation of AP accounts • Liaise with suppliers on payment matters and resolve discrepancies • Support Finance team in audits and other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Accounting/Finance or equivalent

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience (fresh grads may be considered)

• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., SAP)

• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Team player with good communication skills
