Job Description:

• Manage day-to-day operation in support of Sales teams including order acknowledgement, processing quotations, Purchase Order, Sales order etc
• To liaise and coordinate to customer's request or delivery
• To provide good support and customer service to existing customers
• Handle walk-in customer and phone enquiries
• General sales administrative duties
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager and management

Requirements:

• Min Nitec or GCE 'O' Level
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge in using Oracle NetSuite is an added advantage
• Possess good working attitude & have strong sense of responsibility
• Resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Required to be proficient in both English and Mandarin as this position will be required to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
• Must be positive and have initiative to solve problems
