Job Description
- Develop new business opportunities and expand customer networks across key industries including semiconductors, automation/robotics and F&B etc.
- Manage the full sales pipeline through CRM, from opportunity qualification to closure.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions, prepare BOMs, and deliver competitive quotations.
- Grow and maintain key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
- Drive customer engagement through field visits, webinars, product launches, and technical seminars.
- Evaluate customer needs, support proof-of-concept projects, and actively promote new product introductions.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Controls, or related.
- About 3 years' experience in technical sales applications of sensors, IO-Link, RFID, or related automation solutions.
