You are passionate and responsible to provide leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with Rooms, Food & Beverage and other revenue generating departments to maximise sales. Being a good conversationalist, you enjoy engaging clients and guests, and develop strong relationship with them by caring for their business needs.

- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Sales & Marketing
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Associate Director of Sales or Senior Sales Manager.
- Commercially astute with proven sales management experience and ability of achieving sales goals for Transient, Groups, MICE and/or Corporate Event Catering segments. Strong Groups/MICE experience preferred.
- Highly motivated, solutions-oriented self-starter with adaptable teamwork style
- Ability to communicate and connect with all levels, while demonstrating an unsurpassed customer service and after sales experience to increase and retain customer loyalty
