Role Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and dynamic individual to join our team as a Dance Instructor & Studio Operations Coordinator. We are looking for a skilled dance educator who can also assist with studio operations, event coordination, and social media management. This full-time role combines teaching excellence with key operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dance Instruction: Plan, choreograph, and teach a range of popular dance classes, including K-Pop, Girl Style, TikTok, and Jazz, to students of various skill levels.
• Choreography & Performance: Design and lead choreographies for student showcases, seasonal events (e.g., annual Christmas showcase), and community performances.
• Social Media & Content Creation: Manage and grow the studio's social media presence. Create engaging digital content, including photos and videos, for promotions and company growth.
• Studio Coordination: Assist with day-to-day studio operations, including class scheduling, student registration, and general administrative tasks.
• Event Management: Support planning and execution of company-wide events and special workshops.

Requirements:

• Social Media: Candidates should be comfortable and able to engage with our online community, responding to inquiries on key social media platforms (e.g., XHS, WeChat) in a timely and professional manner, to ensure clear communication and effective student engagement.
• Education: Not required. We value talent and practical skills above formal qualifications.
• Work Experience: Share your videos, portfolios, or evidence of your dance teaching, choreography, or performance experience.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Monthly Salary: S$4,500 - S$7,000
