- Manage kitchen planning tasks and documentation under the direction of the Director of F&B Planning.
- Demonstrate strong execution and delivery of assigned tasks.
- Support kitchen planning reviews and provide feedback to relevant departments.
- Review and comment on kitchen equipment layouts and lists, making informed decisions and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication with culinary teams and drive planning meetings and correspondence.
- Draft and respond to project-related communications and proposals under the Director's guidance.
- Maintain organized records of kitchen project documentation and correspondence.
- Present kitchen planning concepts and layouts clearly and effectively.
- Attend project meetings, record key discussion points, and report updates.
- Compile kitchen equipment specifications and sourcing references.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive project materials.
- Coordinate kitchen equipment installation plans.
- Track and update project tasks and timelines.
- Support kitchen project budgeting and ROI analysis.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and integration of kitchen planning efforts.
- Represent Marina Bay Sands professionally in all interactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
- BA Diploma in any major related or discipline for more than 10 years, preferably in F&B kitchen project businesses.
Experience
- Minimum of two years as an Senior Manager or equivalent role within a five-star hotel or integrated resort, with proven leadership in large-scale F&B kitchen projects.
Other Prerequisites
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and adherence to company grooming standards.
- Familiarity with manual and digital kitchen equipment operations.
- Proficient in Bluebeam, CAD, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, and project/inventory management software.
- Knowledge of import coordination and cost management.
- Understanding MEP and installation processes is a plus.
