What You'll Be Doing
What We Look For In You:

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Conduct customer interviews and gather feedback for product improvements.
- Analyze market data to make informed product decisions.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs and business goals.
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize product features.
- Develop and execute product testing and launch plans.
- Measure and analyze product performance to ensure alignment with business goals.
What We Look For In You:
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, finance or related discipline, preferably from a well-known university.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus in crypto/blockchain technologies.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product launch throughout its lifecycle - Adept at translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Strong product intuition with a keen understanding of market dynamics.
- Clear logical thinking and effective communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex problems.
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility, initiative, prioritization and ability to handle work pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen interest in cryptocurrency, DeFi and Web3.
Nice-To-Have:
- User-centric product experience from 0 to 1.
- Have been deeply involved in products of a crypto trading platform.
- Familiar with globalization and localization, capable of launching products for global markets.
- Have passion for the product and is self-driven.
- Have good leadership and teamwork, with great ability to work cross functionally.
