Job Requirements:-

• To assist the HQ in the day-to-day operational issues and to coordinate and direct a team of engineering technicians to achieve their targeted uptime and quality works.
• Assist in the preparation of quotation documentation in accordance with the defined procedures to commission planned maintenance works.
• Responsible for the profitability of the department during quotations.
• Undertake investigations and enquiries in order to resolve complaints relating to operations matters, in accordance with policies.
• Assist in project management and handling over of projects.
• Supervise programs of works, carrying out inspections to ensure compliance with specification of work. Ensure works meet all relevant electrical and Health and Safety regulations, recording all instances of non-compliance. Issue work orders/ rectification notices to contractors to ensure that works are completed to specification and approved standards.
• Provide technical guidance on M&E installation and related issues to ensure quality of services and in compliance with relevant regulation.
• To ensure proper scheduling of the service & repair schedule as required in accordance with the contract.
• To supervise ad hoc jobs carried out by contractors/ own technician and ensure safety awareness and work scope are complied with.
• Provide quality information inclusive of technician performance and support to the Management in decision making, particularly in daily services.
• To comply with operations checklist.
• Any other duties as and when assigned.
