Key Responsibilities
Job Requirements
- Lead, guide, and motivate a team of marketing executives to deliver impactful campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals.
 - Develop and execute strategies for Shopee, Lazada, and the CorDx online store - including product listings, promotions, pricing strategies, and campaign optimization.
 - Oversee content creation for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, ensuring engaging and consistent messaging that builds brand awareness and customer engagement.
 - Supervise recovery plans, manage customer feedback, and ensure high-quality engagement across all channels.
 - Direct the design and production of marketing materials such as brochures, retail displays, and in-store promotional assets.
 - Plan and manage trade show participation in Singapore, from booth design to marketing activations, working closely with vendors and partners.
 - Work closely with Sales, Operations, and the General Manager, providing insights, campaign performance analysis, and strategic recommendations.
 
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
 - 4-6 years of relevant marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
 - Proven expertise in e-commerce marketing and social media campaigns.
 - Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop a team.
 - Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
 - Proficiency in English and Chinese (to liaise with counterparts in China).
 - Hands-on skills in graphic design and marketing software are an advantage.
 - Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
