Responsibilities of overseeing both warehouse operations and production activities within a small scale manufacturing facility.

1. Monitor and manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods to ensure accurate stock counts and timely fulfillment of orders.
2. Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, coordinating with logistics providers and ensuring proper documentation.
3. Collaborate with production planning teams to schedule production runs based on demand forecasts and inventory levels.
4. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize production efficiency and minimize waste.
5. Lead and motivate production team members, assigning tasks, providing training, and performance management.
6. Track and analyze production metrics (output, downtime, scrap rate) to identify areas for improvement and report to management.
7. 3- 5 Years experience in both warehouse management and production supervision roles.
8. Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and production planning tools
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
10. Bilingual in Chinese and English
