ABOUT YOU
- Support regional storage initiatives and ensure successful project delivery.
- Define, maintain, and enhance configuration standards, design principles, and management tools.
- Provide technical guidance to deployment and implementation teams.
- Follow and improve operational procedures for storage management.
- Manage capacity allocation, storage migrations, and related activities in line with processes.
- Liaise with internal IT teams, project stakeholders, and business representatives during project execution.
- Conduct vulnerability checks, system hardening, and baseline compliance reviews.
- Prepare health checks, dashboards, and security compliance reports.
ABOUT YOU
- At least 5 years of experience in supporting enterprise-level storage platforms.
- Hands-on knowledge of major storage systems (e.g., EMC PMAX/VMAX & ECS, Pure storage, NetApp, Brocade switches and CleverSafe).
- Strong understanding of core storage concepts, including volume management, file systems, replication, snapshots, data migration, snapshot & replication technologies, and connectivity technologies.
- Experience with storage upgrades and version management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Project management experience (3+ years) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in SAN, NAS, and Object Storage administration at an intermediate to advanced level.
- Familiarity with ITIL-based service management practices.
