- Answering calls and responding to emails
- Maintain and organise confidential financial records and client documentation
- Assist with preparation of reports
- Track deadlines and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work independently
Qualifications:
- At least a Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Discretion and confidentiality are a must
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools
- Background or understanding of insurance
