Job Description

• Prepare formal quotations and manage order acceptance in compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
• Review purchase contract terms and provide consultation to the sales team, escalating issues when necessary.
• Oversee the end-to-end order process including quotation, build, shipment, and invoicing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and meet timelines.
• Monitor shipment backlog, identify potential risks, and support revenue recognition in line with financial guidelines.
• Handle AR management, including Letter of Credit operations.
• Support business process improvements and assist during high workload or project assignments.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales administration.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or Oracle R12 is a plus.
• Flexibility to support business operations during certain public holidays or weekends (with time off in lieu provided).
