Roles & Responsibilities

• Attend site briefings and meetings to understand client's requirement

• Preparation of Bill Of Quantity and sourcing of plants

• Contact and coordinate suppliers and sales/operation personnel

• Preparation of cost estimate

• Taking-of site measurements

• Drawings take-off and managing ammendments

• Prepare As-Built drawings after completion of projects

• Preparation of reports for maintenance

. Attend Meetings for maintenance

Requirements

• Fresh Graduate are welcome.

• Able to draft and design using CAD software

• Proficient in Microsoft office

• Possess positive working attitude and good communication skills

• Can work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

• Proactive and committed to work

• Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma in Landscape Architecture/Design or other related fields
