Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Accounts Executive in data entry of invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts into accounting software.
  • Help in maintaining accurate records of purchase orders and payment documents.
  • Support petty cash management and reconciliation under supervision.
  • Assist with bank statement collection and basic reconciliation tasks.
  • Help track project expenses and support month-end closing activities.
  • Maintain proper filing and archiving of accounting and administrative documents in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in preparing reports and follow-up on document submissions


Job Requirements:
  • Min 1 year experience as a admin, no accounts experience is ok
  • Singaporean only
