Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Accounts Executive in data entry of invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts into accounting software.
- Help in maintaining accurate records of purchase orders and payment documents.
- Support petty cash management and reconciliation under supervision.
- Assist with bank statement collection and basic reconciliation tasks.
- Help track project expenses and support month-end closing activities.
- Maintain proper filing and archiving of accounting and administrative documents in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in preparing reports and follow-up on document submissions
Job Requirements:
- Min 1 year experience as a admin, no accounts experience is ok
- Singaporean only
