Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional haircutting, coloring, perming, styling, and treatment services.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon.
• Assist in training or mentoring junior stylists when needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a hairstylist, with 5+ years in the salon industry (senior level).
• Strong technical skills in haircutting, coloring, chemical treatments, and styling.
• Good knowledge of hair care products and scalp treatments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Team player with leadership qualities.
• Relevant certification in hairdressing is preferred.
