Job Scope:

• Coordinate accident-related matters with hirers, contractors, reporting vendors, workshops, insurers, and other relevant parties.
• Work closely with settlement teams to manage high-liability accident cases and ensure efficient resolution.
• Liaise with appointed accident contractors to ensure timely repair and turnaround of accident vehicles.
• Collaborate with insurers to review and close cases effectively where feasible.
• Update and maintain monthly claims status reports provided by insurers.
• Prepare and issue third-party excess invoices to clients based on GIA reports for liability cases.
• Conduct roadshows or training sessions to educate drivers on accident handling procedures.
• Manage accident own damage claims in line with GIA reporting requirements.
• Prepare and issue own damage excess billings to clients after vehicle repairs.
• Draft and issue notification letters to clients upon receipt of GIA reports.
• Prepare weekly summary reports on accident vehicles in contractors' workshops.
• Coordinate with internal workshops to provide accident replacement vehicles when required.
• Monitor vehicle collection schedules after accident repairs are completed.
• Liaise with contractors for quotations and ensure clients receive quotations within 2 working days after accident assessments (for non-accident repairs).
• Support ad-hoc duties and administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply as industrail training will be provided
• Candidate with Class 3 Driving Licenses will be preferred
• Relevant experience in operation/project coordinator will have added advantage.
