• Lead and mentor the IT team, ensuring effective daily operations.
• Manage and maintain network, servers, systems, and end-user devices.
• Administer ERP systems (SAP B1 preferred; SAP HANA or other ERP acceptable).
• Develop and maintain SQL scripts for reporting and integrations.
• Oversee cloud services and security measures.
• Plan and execute IT projects from initiation to delivery.
• Ensure system performance, backups, and disaster recovery readiness.

Skills and experience required

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of IT experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical skills in infrastructure, cloud, SQL scripting, and ERP systems.
• Proven track record in IT project management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
