Network Media is the growth partner for interior designers and architects in Singapore. We provide structured lead generation, branding, and marketing programmes designed to help designers secure more projects, elevate their authority, and scale their reputation.

Our Sales Consultants are the bridge between Network and the interior design firms we work with - converting opportunities into long-term partnerships, and ensuring every interaction reinforces Network's role as the "currency" of the design industry.

The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will:

• Engage and convert Interior Designer leads into clients across our Lead, Branding, and Marketing Programmes.
• Drive sales conversations with design firms through discovery calls, demos, and structured closure processes.
• Follow our Sales Discipline System - including daily check-ins, pipeline updates, UGC/social proof contributions, and weekly loyalty check-ins.
• Apply our objection-handling frameworks and proven value proposition decks to guide designers confidently toward commitment.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client retention.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned Interior Designer leads with discipline, ensuring fair distribution and accountability.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets aligned with performance expectations.
• Consistently contribute to social proof creation through testimonials, case studies, and UGC.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and accountability across the sales pipeline.
• Represent Network with professionalism, ensuring designers see us as their long-term growth partner.

What We're Looking For

• Proven consultative sales mindset - high-ticket or service sales experience preferred.
• Performance-driven - motivated by hitting and exceeding KPIs.
• Trust-builder - strong communication and relationship skills with business owners/design firms.
• Disciplined & consistent - ability to follow structured sales processes daily.
• Team-oriented - collaborates well in a system that values collective growth.

Compensation

Earning potential: $2,000 - $15,000/month (base + commissions)

✅ Safeguard: Consultants are not penalised if lead volume is insufficient, as long as accountability is maintained.
