Job Scope:
- Respond to customer enquiries and orders via email or phone related to catering services.
- Prepare invoices, quotation, process orders, and create delivery orders
- Provide administrative support to the operation team in managing orders, client inquiries, and documentation.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships and rapport.
- Prepare reports for incoming, outgoing, and stock inventory.
- Maintain and update customer databases, track orders, and monitor sales performance.
- Assist with any other tasks assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant 1- 2 experience in customer service, preferably in sales admin, catering industry.
- Entry level is welcome to apply; training will be provided.
- Good organizational skills and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
