Job requirements
- Calculate how many tiles and how much adhesive is needed for a specific area
- Cut tiles to a certain size or shape with a hand cutter or bench tool
- Prepare surfaces by leveling with mortar, sand, or cement
- Decorate and protect floors and walls with a variety of tiles, including ceramic, clay, slate, marble, and glass
- Fixing tiles and applying grout before completion
- Lay intricate mosaic tiles
Job duties
- Laying tiles on walls and floors
- Prepare substrates for laying tiles
- Cutting and shaping tiles
- Installing finishing materials
- Ensuring an aesthetically pleasing finish
- Complying with health and safety regulations
Job requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in tiling
- Minimum Diploma or above
- can work independently
- able to communicate with Chinese speaking clients
