About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Channel Partner Manager to identify, recruit, and onboard new distribution and reseller partners across Southeast Asia. This role focuses on hunting new partners who will promote and sell our range of IP cameras, routers, and Wi-Fi/networking solutions.
You will play a critical role in building our channel ecosystem, enabling revenue growth through strategic partnerships with system integrators, ICT vendors, retail distributors, and e-commerce alliances.

You will play a critical role in building our channel ecosystem, enabling revenue growth through strategic partnerships with system integrators, ICT vendors, retail distributors, and e-commerce alliances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit new channel partners, value-added resellers (VARs), and system integrators in the surveillance, networking, and electronics space.
- Develop and execute a channel partner acquisition strategy to expand market reach across B2B and B2C segments.
- Conduct business development activities including cold outreach, partner events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
- Work closely with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to train, enable, and support new partners for successful go-to-market execution.
- Negotiate partnership terms, pricing structures, and incentive models.
- Track partner pipeline, onboarding progress, and sales KPIs using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on competitor movements, market trends, and channel dynamics to refine acquisition strategies.
- Drive quarterly partner sales targets and regional expansion plans.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience in channel sales or business development within networking, surveillance, or electronics industries.
- Proven success in new partner acquisition and business development (with focus on building new partnerships rather than managing only existing accounts).
- Strong knowledge of distribution models, retail networks, and channel ecosystems in Southeast Asia.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, and strategic thinker with a strong execution focus.
- Familiar with CRM tools and structured sales pipeline management.
Preferred:
- Experience with Wi-Fi routers, IP cameras, IoT devices, or related consumer networking products will be an advantage.
- Existing partner network in retail distribution, system integration, or e-commerce electronics channels.
