Responsibilities:

• Assist in the performance reporting including the fund monitoring framework
• Manage the Fund Research Portal
• Assist in the funds reviews, including DD meeting notes
• Assist in the investment checklists

Funds Review

• Primarily for all the sub-funds under AIA Investment Funds.
• Updating the performance numbers and any process changes from the semi-annual DDQs.
• Identify any fund underperformance for review.

Peer Group Review and Fund Monitoring Framework

• Analysis of existing practices and framework at all BUs across the region to:

1. Review peer groups and propose better suited ones for both internally and externally managed funds;
2. Identify areas where we could expand GIPC coverage; and
3. Operate the Fund Monitoring Framework for ready countries.

Update and Enhance External Fund Manager (EFM) List

• Update and enhance spreadsheet of the EFM mapping list which sets out relationship across all BUs.

Reorganise and Streamline Internal Sharepoint

• Organise and arrange internal teamsite consolidating information from various team members.
• Classification of information into those available for internal use vs external dissemination.

Review and enhance existing reports and DD meeting minutes

• Review and enhance existing reports
• Explore if we can use AI to help us organize meeting minutes in a readable way such that it can be shared with the BUs going forward.

Morningstar Direct Software

• Develop and set up templates for due diligence reviews ongoing monitoring.

Investment Checklists

• Enhance checklists for the creation of new funds and restructuring of existing funds
