About the Role

You will lead technology operations and projects across the region. This role goes beyond keeping the lights on - you will be shaping the IT roadmap, modernising core business systems, and enabling the company's digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily IT operations, ensuring systems and infrastructure are secure, stable, and scalable.
• Oversee Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) and other business-critical applications.
• Drive IT strategy in alignment with business goals, partnering closely with leadership across multiple markets.
• Ensure strong IT governance, cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management.
• Lead IT projects and system rollouts, including upgrades, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships to deliver cost-effective and value-driven IT services.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a capable IT team to deliver high-quality service and innovation.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record in IT management, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 ERP) or other enterprise platforms.
• Strong expertise in IT operations, governance, and cybersecurity.
• Experience in managing cross-border projects and working with regional teams is a plus.
• Leadership mindset, with the ability to balance strategic vision and hands-on execution.
