Job Description

Key responsibilities:

a) Assist faculty members with research projects

b) Conduct literature review and data collection

c) Perform data analytics using software such as R, Python, Stata, Matlab, etc.

d) Participate in research brainstorming and contribute to write-ups

Qualifications:

a) Is completing/has completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree from reputable institutions

b) Major in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Urban Planning, Statistics, or other related field

Skills required:

a) Has evidence of outstanding academic achievements and/or strong quantitative training

b) Has a clear ambition to pursue a PhD in future

c) Has research experience and knowledge in data analysis

d) Fluent in written and spoken English
