Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities through various sales activities.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and prepare proposals to support successful sales closures in line with company targets.
- Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to end users, ensuring proper understanding and usage of solutions offered.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive sustainable business growth.
- Analyze customers' business needs and propose suitable workflow and document management solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of solutions to meet customer expectations.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O'/'A' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant sales experience will have added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel for client meetings when required.
