Responsibilities:

• Leads the design and delivery of community programmes with a trauma-informed approach that prioritizes safety, trust, and empowerment
• Builds youth-centered outreach strategies and collaborates with government and community partners to reduce barriers to access
• Provides trauma-informed leadership, supports staff wellbeing, and fosters a safe, growth-oriented workplace culture
• Conducts evaluations focused on healing and effectiveness, using youth input to improve programmes
• Manages budgets transparently and ensures resources are used to support service delivery and staff needs

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Sciences
• Minimum 5 years in managerial/leadership roles
• Genuine commitment to working with youth
• Supports innovative, evidence-based youth interventions
