2419 - Accounts Executive [ Woodlands // 5 days // Up to $4000 ]

- Location: Woodlands Ave (Nearest mrt: Admiralty)
- Salary Range: $2,700 - $4,000 (Depends on experience)
- Working Hours : 8:30am - 5:30pm (Mon-Fri)
Job Description:
- Manage the full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and preparation of financial reports
- Prepare and post journal entries and adjustment entries
- Monitor cash flow and manage bank transactions
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents
- Support the year-end audit process and prepare required audit schedules
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including IRAS and GST requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and systematic filing of financial records
- Provide administrative assistance to the finance team as required
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Min 2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficient in SAP B1 or other ERP systems
- Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
