We are looking for a friendly and responsible Spa Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Location: Near Raffles Place MRT

️ Work Days: Friday, Saturday & Sunday (3 days)

⏰ Working Hours: 8 hours/day

Only open to Singaporeans & PRs

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
• Handle phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in enquiries
• Manage spa bookings and scheduling
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Support day-to-day reception duties to ensure smooth operations
• Work closely with the team to deliver excellent customer service

Requirements

• No prior experience required - training provided
• Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented
• Able to commit to Friday-Sunday, 8 hours/day
• Basic computer skills (preferred but not required)
• Positive attitude and team player
• Must be Singaporean or PR
