Your Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal with at least 2 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department of a financial institution. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of finance or banking, and any experience with blockchain or digital assets is a significant plus.

What You Will Do

As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for the following:

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage dispute resolution processes, including liaising with legal counsels.
• Assist in the preparation, review, and organization of legal documents, including agreements and regulatory filings on Nasdaq
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local, regional, and international laws and regulations relevant to revenue-based financing.
• Provide legal advice and support to internal departments, including Finance, Marketing, Compliance, and Business Development.
• Conduct legal research on new regulations, industry trends, and potential legal risks.
• Assist in the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.

What we're looking for in a candidate:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in a corporate legal department or law firm.
• Strong knowledge of legal research methods and legal document management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written form of English and Chinese.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn, meticulous nature, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
