We're a fast-growing social media agency based in Singapore, working with local brands across F&B, retail, and professional services. We're looking for someone driven, hands-on, and passionate about content creation - someone ready to grow both financially and creatively with us over the coming years.

You'll be the creative force behind our clients' content - from shooting raw footage to publishing polished posts that drive engagement. With team support, you'll be expected to take ownership of the full content creation process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating high-quality social media content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Jumping on trends quickly - transforming and adapting trending moments into brand-relevant, viral-worthy content
• Working with diverse media assets - video, photography, GIFs, stories, captions, and interactive elements
• Collaborating and brainstorming creative ideas with the agency's creative team
• Planning, developing, and executing clients' content calendars
• Organizing and shooting engaging short-form videos and visuals at client locations with the marketing team
• Analysing performance data to understand why certain videos perform better
• Writing captions, hooks, and social-first copy that reflect each brand's tone
• Supporting the marketing team in content creation when needed

Requirements:

• Passionate about creating content that resonates - you know what works and why
• Strong writing and speaking skills
• Project management skills
• Fluent in CapCut & Canva, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is a plus
• Able to spot trends and re-create them quickly
• Basic video creation and filming skills (mobile or software-based)
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is a plus
