• Handle of calls and respond to customers' enquiries complaints, feedback and liaise with operation team to follow up in timely manner
• Greet and direct guest to designated room and ensuring necessary and appropriate actions are taken to delight customers based on SOP
• Work together with team to hit targeted sales
• Provide basic technical support for any technical errors in the outlet
• Ensure billing is accurately performed accordance to SOP
• Ensure the tidiness of room before and after

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Experience in service industry is preferred
• Service oriented, friendly and cheerful personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to perform split shift, work on weekends and Public Holiday
