Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook and serve a variety of Western dishes according to recipes and company standards.
  • Assist in daily kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating and portion control.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards in line with NEA requirements.
  • Assist in stock ordering, receiving and storing supplies.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
  • Adhere to company SOPs and safety regulations.

Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in cooking Western cuisine (stalls, cafés or restaurants).
  • Must possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Ability to read and write simple English is required for stock ordering and safety documentation.
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese is preferred toliaise with Mandarin-speaking colleagues but not mandatory.
  • Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends, public holidays, and long hours as required by operations.
  • Positive attitude, team player and willingness to learn.
  • Candidates should note that this is a non-halal establishment.
