We are looking for a Project Coordinator / Project Executive for one of our clients in Singapore, and your scope is as below:

RESPONSIBILITY

• Drive product success by bringing the product to users
• Partner with product manager and designers to conduct user Interviews.
• Partner with product manager to run sprint plannings, scrums, retrospectives.
• Track and manage development pace to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct and support through systems, users, and security tests pre-release.
• Run user education campaigns to drive product adoption post-release.
• Provide product support and work with product/engineering to identify and fix bugs.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED

• Experience in building digital products.
• Proven track record of at least 4 years in delivering effective products with limited resources.
• Experience working with the product team to build products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, minute, and technical writing.
• Highly meticulous and tenacious, follows up with things to close.
• Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines.
