1. Liasion of matters in regards to deliveries of aviation goods and services
2. Manage vendors delivery schedules
3. Manage proper and effective freight and handling costs
4. Procurement of aviation goods / services by issuing Purchase Orders to vendors
5. Purchase Order Creation
6. Other adminstrative tasks as assigned

Candidates must be meticulous, proactive, independent and organized

Experience in office work setting, deskbound
