Beauty Salon Manager

Salary: SGD 4,000 to 10,000 (inclusive of commission)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Beauty Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and deliver excellent customer service. You will be responsible for driving business growth, maintaining high service standards, and creating a positive and professional salon culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily salon operations including scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and hygiene standards

• Ensure excellent customer experience and handle feedback professionally

• Develop and implement events, sales promotions, and marketing campaigns to boost revenue

• Achieve monthly sales targets and grow client base

• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver professional beauty services

• Plan customer retention programs and encourage repeat visits

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in the beauty industry with proven management or supervisory background

• Demonstrated success in increasing revenue through sales promotions, events, and marketing strategies

• Strong knowledge of beauty services and product sales

• Good leadership, communication, and customer service skills

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)

• Able to work on weekends and peak periods with weekday off-days provided
