Accounts Executive

MAO SHENG QUANJI CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD
Manages the financial aspects of projects, focusing on tasks like Work in Progress tracking, invoicing, budget analysis, and ensuring financial reporting is accurate for project financial viability. Work closely with project managers, internal teams, and sometimes clients to maintain the financial health and profitability of projects.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Review and update project status to track work completed.
• Monitor project costs, revenues, and expenditures to ensure financial goals are met.
• Generate and process invoices for projects.
• Review and update accounts receivable collection status to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.
• Track purchase orders and procurement requirements to support accurate billings.
• Communicate with project managers and internal teams to provide updates on project progress.
• Collaborate with project management, finance teams, and auditors for accurate financial reporting.
• Serve as a point of contact for financial queries related to specific projects.
• Contribute to the preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with financial requirements and standards.
• Other adhoc matters assign by Project/ Accounts Managers.
Minimum Educational Qualifications/ Experience required:
Accounting graduate from ITE; or
Diploma in Accounts/ Finance; or LCCI;
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and systems.
Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
Experience with financial analysis.
Soft Skills:
Meticulous attention to detail, especially with financial data.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
Ability to solve problems innovatively and take initiative.
Self-motivated and a hands-on individual capable of managing multiple tasks.
Working hours:-
5 days week, Monday to Fri, 8:30 am to 6 pm
