Key Responsibilities:

• Cook curry rice and braised pork rice.
• Well-versed in various cooking techniques and have a keen eye for detail to ensure every dish meets our standards.
• Keeping cleanliness and hygiene standards at all stations, adhering to safety regulations.
• Stock taking and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and license requirements, maintaining relevant certifications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in cooking roles, preferably with expertise in Asian cuisine.
• Holding a valid food license/certification.
• Passion for delivering high-quality, flavorful dishes.
• Strong understanding of kitchen safety, hygiene and food handling standards.
• Good communication and ability to work under pressure.
