We are seeking a Enterprise Transformation Architect to help our enterprise clients navigate strategic technology decisions and execute impactful digital transformations. This role blends deep knowledge of enterprise architecture, technology modernization, and emerging technologies, with a focus on AI enablement, including generative AI.

As a strategic advisor, you will help define future-ready enterprise architectures, drive intelligent operating models, and unlock innovation through next-gen technologies-all while ensuring business and IT alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology & AI Strategy Development

Lead the creation of forward-looking technology strategies that integrate hybrid cloud, data, automation, and AI-including generative AI and machine learning-as core enablers of transformation.

Enterprise Architecture & Modernization

Design and evolve enterprise architecture across business, data, application, and infrastructure domains. Align modernization strategies with cloud-native, AI-driven platforms.

Transformation Leadership

Manage large-scale digital and enterprise transformation initiatives, from current-state assessments to roadmap execution, ensuring value realization and stakeholder alignment.

AI Integration & Innovation Enablement

Advise on the practical application of AI and automation across IT operations, business processes, and digital platforms. Identify opportunities for intelligent workflows, AIOps, and responsible AI governance.

Operating Model & IT Strategy Design

Guide clients in evolving their IT operating models, organization structures, and governance to support agile delivery, innovation at scale, and AI adoption.

Client Engagement & Advisory

Partner with C-level stakeholders and IT leadership to communicate complex technical strategies in business terms. Deliver high-impact executive workshops and strategy sessions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
• 7-10+ years of experience in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation consulting
• Proven experience architecting and delivering large-scale transformation initiatives, with strong exposure to AI and automation
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Gartner EA), IT operating models, and modernization roadmaps
• Strong client advisory skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, executive facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP certifications, PMP or SAFe
• Knowledge of AI/ML platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI) and tooling (e.g., LangChain, RPA, AIOps)
• Familiarity with responsible AI frameworks and AI governance models
• Experience with Kyndryl Bridge, FinOps, observability, or intelligent automation is a plus
