Job Description

• Develop and implement APAC logistics and transportation sourcing strategies aligned with global plans.
• Deliver annual cost savings through negotiations, operating expense or cost of goods sold initiatives, and supplier performance.
• Lead RFX processes, contracts, and supplier risk management to ensure compliance and value delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders globally and regionally to align strategies and resolve escalations.
• Monitor market trends, drive best practice sharing, and harmonize sourcing across regions.
• Support team development and contribute to procurement functional growth.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimally 5 years regional procurement experience (logistics, fulfilment, warehousing, distribution); FMCG background preferred.
• Expertise in logistics sourcing and contracting, supplier management, spend analysis, and cost optimization.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and change leadership skills across global and multicultural settings.
• Proficient in SAP/Ariba and MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) with solid analytical and presentation skills.
