About Our Client

Job Description

• Liaise with manufacturing teams in China and Thailand to verify production costs, shipment details, and payment schedules
• Ensure timely communication and documentation between HQ and factories
• Prepare and issue invoices to clients
• Track invoice status and follow up on outstanding payments
• Monitor incoming payments and reconcile them with issued invoices
• Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and aging reports
• Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors and factories
• Assist in verifying purchase orders and delivery receipts
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation for internal and external audits
• Maintain organized digital and physical records of financial transactions
• Cross-Functional Support
• Collaborate with HR and operations teams on finance-related matters
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should have:

• A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in Mandarin as you will be required to liaise with stakeholders in China
